The famous World Masters Games will be held for the first time in Penang & the Asia-Pacific region in 2018. The Asia Pacific Masters Games (APMG) is a global festival of sport for participants of eligible ages & all capabilities with nearly 5000 amateur sportsmen taking part every four years. This major sporting event features 21 sports & for most of the games, there is no qualification criteria other than age, with some games restricted to those aged above 30. This means most people can compete, either to win or simply have fun. Unlike the Olympics, all athletes in APMG represent themselves, not their country.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) All bookings must be made to HOLIDAY TOURS & TRAVEL SDN BHD in writing.
2) Full payment will be required upon registration.
3) The cancellation refund will be processed through the same mode of payment received minus all bank or credit card charges where applicable.
4) No refund or exchanges for services provided for part or whole of tour/transfer/accommodation/meals not utilized.
5) The above is payment & cancellation terms serves as a guideline only. We will indicate the applicable terms in the proposal based on your tour programme.
6) All bank charges through payment made by Bank Draft / Telegraphic transfer will be strictly borne by payer.
7) HOLIDAY TOURS & TRAVEL SDN BHD reserves the right to determine the US Dollar exchange rate based on the local bank rate.
8) Compulsory Tourism Tax is MYR 10.00 nett per room per night & Local Government Tax MYR 3.00 nett per room per night, payable to the hotel directly upon the guest check in
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS POLICY:
1) Less than 60 working days before arrival : 50 % of the total cost.
2) Less than 30 working days before arrival : 75 % of the total cost.
3) Less than 21 working days before arrival : 100 % of the total cost.
4) No Shows, Late Arrivals and Early departure : 100% of the entire stay + transfers.
5) APMG registration fee of USD190 (International Package) per athlete or MYR190 (Malaysians Package) per athlete – Strictly non refundable!
All complaint(s) from guests shall be forwarded to us within 07 working days after departure dates. Any complaint(s) we receive after 07 working days, shall not be entertained.
HOLIDAY TOURS & TRAVEL SDN BHD acts only as agents for transportation companies, hotels, restaurants and all other contractors. We cannot be held liable for any injury, damage or loss to person or property, additional expense, accidental delays or any other irregularity which may be caused either through willful or negligent acts of omission on the part of the companies or individuals providing or engaged in transportation on land, sea or air, accommodation or other services relating to the execution of the tour or through natural calamities or Government restrictions, strikes or other factors beyond our control.
