I don’t know how to make online bookings. What can I do?

Our Customer Care agents are standing by to guide you to make online reservations from Monday through Friday, 0900-1800 hours. You can contact us through online chat or call us at 03-6286 6218. 


 I have made a hotel booking and it’s on request. How fast will I get a confirmation?

For request made on Monday to Friday, 0900-1700 hours (except public holidays), under normal circumstances

Hotel bookings – within 1 hour.

Package bookings
- Standard packages, 1-2 working days.
- Special request/customized packages, 2-5 working days.

For request made outside these hours, it will be handled the next working day.


A received an error while making online booking. What can I do?

Please contact our Customer Care team by click on the icon on the top right of the screen for assistance. We will check if any booking or payment has been received before advising you with the next steps.

How do I pay for my bookings?

We offer various payment methods - online credit card payment,  bank transfer or you may visit our customer care team to make payment by credit card or cash.


Is online payment secure?

Online payments made on Holiday Tours website are process through iPay88 and our merchant bank using a secure connection. iPay88 is certified Malaysia Payment System Act 2003 compliance, PCI Data Security Standard Compliance to ensure the data transacted over the internet is secure and protected and 3D Secure (Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode) compliance in credit card processing.


When making payment, a verified by VISA / Mastercard Secure Code page appears. What do I do?

Visa or MasterCard offers an additional security measure in the form of a e-PIN code when making online payment. This tells both the bank and us that you are the rightful owner of the card. You will be asked to enter your e-PIN code. The payment will only be accepted if the correct code is entered.

If your card is not yet part of this programme, your bank may ask during the payment process if you wish to subscribe to this security option. Participation in Verified by Visa or MasterCard Secure Code takes place through a direct link to your bank. Holiday Tours has no access or control over this information. Once you have signed up for this service, you can complete your booking.

How do I pay by CIMB Clicks?

We have partnered with CIMB Bank to offer you the convenience of online payment through CIMB Clicks. Please follow these steps to make your payment.

1. Please contact our Customer Care agents for an invoice number.
2. Login to CIMB Clicks and select Pay Bills > Travel & Leisure > Holiday Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd
3. Fill in the Invoice Number (Account ID) and payment amount.
