Strictly no refund for deposit/ full payment/ used or unused portion and cancellation.

Cancellation Conditions:

A fee of RM30 per transaction will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a confirmed resevation unless the change increases the value of the booking. Once booking is confirmed, any cancellation will incur cancellation charges.
