  • Knowledge in global CRS preferably Sabre Red Workspace (formerly Abacus Workspace)
  • 1-2 years’ experience in tour operations
  • Must have good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Assist in Trade Shows when necessary
  • To handle all enquiries (walk in, telephone, email etc) relating to Holiday Tours Product (air fares, tours, hotels, car rental, insurance etc)
  • To ensure enquiries are handled/delivered on time

  • Knowledge in global CRS preferably Sabre Red Workspace (formerly Abacus Workspace)
  • 1-2 years experience in agent / airline ticketing & reservation
  • Must have good command of written/ spoken English
  • Assist in Trade Shows when necessary
  • Fresh graduates/ Diploma holders without experience are encouraged to apply

  • Manage the global/national clients on their needs/expectations
  • Planning timetable on sales calls to your clients followed by a report
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and its requirements
  • Very proactive, responsible and a team player
  • Good in communication/presentation skills
  • Must have good command of written/spoken English
  • Intensive training will be provided
OUTBOUND – Operations / INCENTIVE – Operations:-

  • Knowledge in global CRS preferably Sabre Red Workspace (formerly Abacus Workspace).
  • Minimum 2 year’s experience in tour operations.
  • Must have good command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Prepare costing/itineraries/visa application for GIT/FIT departures.
  • To handle all enquiries (corporate clients, telephone, e-mail etc) relating to Holiday Tours & Travel Product i.e. airfares, reservations, tours.
  • To ensure enquiries are handled/delivered on time.
  • Assist in Trade shows when necessary.

  • Accounting Diploma or Degree
  • Computer knowledge in Excel & Word
  • Preferably with 1 – 2 years working experience
  • Training will be provided
Admin Officer – IT

  • To assist on the day-to-day IT operation management including task delegation.
  • To assist on project implementation and coordinating resources to ensure the projects’ goal and deadline are met.
  • Asset management – to ensure that all IT assets maintained and audited.
  • To coordinate department/vendor/customer meetings as well as maintaining meeting minutes.
  • Vendor management –monitoring and to ensure vendor SLA to be met based on the maintenance agreement
  • Managing procurement of IT hardware/software – obtain quotations, analyse and provide recommendation to the management


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Working experience in similar role is a plus.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizen.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
