Assistant Manager – Culture, Learning & Talent Development (Culture Building)

  • The Assistant Manager – Culture, Learning & Talent Development (Culture Building) is responsible for building the company’s culture. Your responsibilities include creating a WOW and meaningful employee experience journey to attract, hire, and retain the right talents. You need to be the main influencer leading and embracing the company’s core values to build a strong sense of belonging and happiness at work among employees. You will report to the Vice President – Culture, Learning & Talent Development.
  • Lead a team of influencers to drive employee engagement, implement culture-related initiatives, embrace the company’s core values to build company culture
  • Design and implement employee experience initiatives that wow employees at every touchpoint of the employee experience journey
  • Design and implement core values-related initiatives to encourage employees to live and breathe the company’s core values in their personal and professional lives
  • Responsible for the entire employee onboarding journey to ensure new hires are successfully integrated with company culture, job purpose, and their roles and responsibilities
  • Facilitate employee onboarding programmes to ensure new hires feel welcome, supported, and familiarised with the organisation, culture and people
  • Organise employee engagement events and activities to have fun at work while building a sense of belonging among employees
  • Lead HR digital transformation projects to gamify the employee experience journey
  • Create feedback platforms to facilitate continuous improvement and growth at work
  • Plan, design, launch and execute HR digital transformation projects (engagement modules)
  • Champion Talent & Culture as a competitive advantage in business, and be involved in the HR team supporting HR initiatives related to building talent capabilities and culture
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in building culture and change management
  • Experience in employee experience/engagement
  • Experience in championing HR transformation projects
  • Experience in facilitating trainings and sharing sessions
  • Experience in engaging and influencing others
  • Experience in transformation processes, being open to change, and leading change
  • Experience in handling events and managing ad-hoc requests from different stakeholders
