Role
  • The Assistant Manager – Culture, Learning & Talent Development (Learning & Talent Development) is responsible for leading learning and talent development initiatives. Your mission is developing employees’ talents and capabilities to create a high-performance team with a leadership culture. You must be a purpose-driven person who values continuous growth and improvement, driving talent learning experience, career development and performance management systems. You are to ensure employees are capable of performing in their roles, developing their career with the company, and achieving individual and business goals. You will report to the Vice President – Culture, Learning & Talent Development.
Responsibilities
  • Lead learning, talent development and performance management initiatives to create a high-performance team with a leadership culture
  • Design, launch and implement performance management systems and performance-related initiatives which lead continuous growth and delivers desired results
  • Manage the entire performance management cycle, track and monitor the performance dashboard, ensure plans are on track and that goals will be achieved at the set level and time
  • Manage the entire performance improvement plan (PIP) to lead employees to meet their performance expectations and be successful in their current roles and responsibilities
  • Perform non-confirmation and non-performance termination with proper procedures
  • Be involved in performance planning, reviews and assessment sessions to ensure every individual has clear performance objectives, personalised learning tracks and progressions
  • Lead and guide managers to be competent in proper handling of employee learning and performance
  • Monitor individual learning tracks for reporting purposes to encourage continuous learning and growth
  • Plan, build and launch the learning and certification modules in e-learning or physical trainings
  • Conduct learning session plans to develop meaningful learning content and modules
  • Plan, design, launch and execute HR digital transformation project (learning modules, performance management modules)
  • Champion Talent & Culture as a competitive advantage in business, and be involved in the HR team supporting HR initiatives related to building talent capabilities and culture
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent
  • Experience in talent management
  • Experience in learning and performance management
  • Experience in championing HR transformation projects
  • Experience in facilitating performance management sessions
  • Experience in building learning modules and e-learning
  • Experience in transformation processes, being open to change, and leading change
  • Experience in handling PIP and disciplinary matters
