Job Role & Purpose
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Specialist to join our dynamic creative
    team. The ideal candidate will possess an extensive background in video editing and graphic design.
    As a Creative Specialist, you will lead the development of visually stunning and engaging creative
    assets that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Main Responsibilities
(Creative & Social)
  • Creatives:
    – Work with the team and lead the conceptualisation, creation, and execution of multiple
    creative content, including videos, animations, graphics, and web design.
    – Be responsible for editing and assembling creative material that includes camera
    footage, dialogue and sound effects, graphics and special effects into videos.
  • Graphic Design:
    Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics for various platforms, including social
    media, websites, and marketing collateral.
  • Creative Direction:
    Provide creative direction and ideas to the creative team, ensuring all assets meet high
    standards of quality and creativity.
  • Collaboration:
    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and
    product teams, to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual solutions.
  • Brand Consistency:
    Ensure consistency in visual elements and branding across all creative assets produced
    maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Project Management:
    Manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and
    projects are delivered within scope and budget.
  • Technology Proficiency:
    Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in design and production tools,
    incorporating new techniques and software as needed.
  • Feedback and analytics:
    Revise content to meet project objectives and client expectations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Film Production, or related field.
  • Experience (2+ years) in video production, graphic design, and or multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite,
    Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Photography and video production skills are a plus.
