Role
  • As the Manager – Talent Acquisition & Reward, you will be a key leader in the Human Resources department, ensuring the company attracts and retains top talent by providing competitive pay and benefits packages, while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. Your expertise in HR digitalization will drive innovation and efficiency within the People & Culture department.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursement, while collaborating with finance and IT for system integration and issue resolution.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies, conducting regular salary benchmarking, and managing employee benefits programs with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Lead the talent acquisition process, implementing digital recruitment strategies and tools to attract and assess qualified candidates efficiently, while optimizing the process through applicant tracking systems and data analytics.
  • Develop and promote the organization’s employer brand through digital channels and social media, collaborating with marketing and communication teams to create compelling employer branding materials.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive work culture aligned with the company’s values and mission, implementing digital employee engagement initiatives, and leveraging tools for virtual events and activities.
  • Lead and manage the HR Digitalization Project, identifying areas for digital transformation and automation within HR processes, and collaborating with IT and stakeholders to select and implement suitable HR software and tools.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to identify trends and insights related to employee performance and engagement, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance HR strategies and decision-making.Collaborate with HR leadership to review and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and aligning HR digitalization efforts with data privacy and security standards.
  • Drive People & Culture as a Competitive Advantage, actively supporting all HR initiatives to create a meaningful employee experience, build talent capabilities, and foster a positive organizational culture.
Requirements
  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • HR Professional certifications and Certified Trainer are a plus.
  • Proven experience and understanding in learning and development, talent management, and performance management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven Experience in managing payroll, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, and employee engagement and employer branding.
  • Strong understanding of compensation strategies, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR digitalization and experience leading digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and other HR-related software.
  • Proven track record of driving culture-building initiatives and talent development.
