Role
  • As the Senior Executive – Pay & Reward, you will be crucial in handling the payroll and talent reward matters at Holiday Tours. Your primary responsibility is to implement and execute compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and update end-to-end payroll processes for accurate and timely salary disbursement and collaborating with finance and HR teams.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation strategies, conducting regular salary benchmarking, and managing employee benefits programs with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Implement effective pay structures for internal equity and competitiveness in line with industry standards.
  • Collaborate and develop performance-linked rewards and incentives for outstanding employee contributions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
  • Drive HR Digital Transformation for Payroll & Staff Claim Modules including identifying opportunities for technology integration.
  • Use HR data and analytics to assess reward program effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Communicate effectively to employees and relevant teams on reward-related topics such as compensation and benefits.
  • Drive People & Culture as a competitive advantage, actively supporting all HR initiatives to create a meaningful employee experience, build talent capabilities, and foster a positive organizational culture.
Requirements
  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • HR Professional certifications and Certified Trainer are a plus.
  • Proven experience and understanding in learning and development, talent management, and performance management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Deep understanding of payroll and benefits regulations and best practices
  • Experience in handling payroll and managing compensation and benefits initiatives
  • Experience in championing the HR transformation projects
  • Proven track record of driving culture-building initiatives and talent development.
