Terms & Conditons

• Deposit of one night’s accommodation is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival.
• No cancellation charge applies if the booking is cancelled 7 days or longer prior to arrival. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival will be subject to a 100% of total room charge. ‘No Shows’ or early departures are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of total cost of booking or early departure days. Above cancellation policy / changes apply to reduction in room nights or length of stay.
• Extra Persons: Infants under the age of 4 years – complimentary stay and dine free from the children’s menu year-round, including a cot if required.
• Children from 4 years to under 12 years – stay and dine free from the children’s menu.
• Guests 12 years and over – a fee of RM 660 per guest, per night inclusive of breakfast applies year-round.
• Both twin beds and connecting rooms are limited and subject to availability on arrival day.
• Max Occupancy: Rainforest / Ocean Junior Suites = 3 adults OR 2 adults + 2 children below 12 years.
• The rates quoted above in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) are subject to 6% sales and services tax (SST).
• The resort reserves the right to withdraw this promotion without advance notice.
• Should the local taxes or sales and services tax (SST) be increased by legislation, the resort reserves the option to reflect the increase by amending the above rates.
• Additional tourism tax of RM 10 Nett is applicable for all non-Malaysian nationals on per suite per night.
• The Malaysian government is exempting 6% sales & services tax (SST) and tourism tax from 01 July 2020 to 30 June 2021.
