Job Role
  • We are seeking a responsible Intern – Corporate Support who is eager to learn and assist in various administrative tasks while providing support to the company’s stakeholders. This role will give exposure to areas such as legal contract management and maintaining a conducive office environment to ensure staff can work productively.
Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in coordinating the application process for business licenses, permits, and other applications.
  • Support maintenance and repair requests, including liaising with contractors where necessary.
  • Assist in inventory tracking and procurement of operating supplies.
  • Help maintain contracts depository and support in liaising with legal for contract review.
  • Provide general administrative corporate support to the stakeholders.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Support in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Assist in coordination with vendors and suppliers.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business operations.
  • Any other duties at the discretion of the company.
Job Specification Minimum Academic / Professional Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Related Experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good in both English and Malay languages
  • Detail oriented and eager to learn
  • Growth mindset person – positive, proactive, creative solutions and make continuous improvement
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Person Specification
  •  Willingness to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records
