Ben joined HTT in 2021. He has 25 years of experience in management, marketing, P&L management, digital transformation, revenue generation and entrepreneurship having held roles in banking, FMCG, media and retail industries in Malaysia and the UK. He also serves as a Group Chief Marketing Officer at Taylor’s Education.

Rakesh joined HTT in October 2023. Prior to this, he accumulated approximately 16 years of experience at Mastercard, where he held diverse roles spanning across Europe and Southeast Asia. In his present position, Rakesh oversees the Corporate Travel (B2B) business unit for the company.

Chew Hong joined HTT in 2000. With more than 30 years of experience in the travel industry, he is in charge of the company’s supply chain, partnerships, corporate and leisure operations as well as ICT. His passion, commitment and loyalty to the company has greatly contributed to its growth and success.

Amy joined HTT in 2020. She started her career in the hotel industry as an account assistant, from there she worked her way up to general manager of an 82-room hotel. She is a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
