SENIOR EXECUTIVE – GRAPHIC DESIGN

Job Role
  • As the Senior Executive – Brand & Communications (Graphic Design), you will be responsible for developing visually compelling content that strengthens brand identity and enhances audience engagement. Your expertise in graphic design, creative storytelling, and digital content creation will help shape the brand’s presence across multiple platforms.Working closely with marketing, communications, and product teams, you will design and deliver high-quality visual assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.This position reports to the Manager of Brand & Communications.
Main Responsibilities
– Brand & Communications
  • Brand & Visual Identity
    • Support the execution and maintenance of the company’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
    • Assist in updating and enforcing brand guidelines, ensuring design standards are met across all communications.
    • Develop creative assets that reflect the brand’s positioning and engage target audiences.
  • Graphic Design & Creative Content
    • Conceptualise, design, and execute high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral.
    • Develop engaging layouts, typography, and compositions that enhance storytelling.
    • Design key visuals for campaigns, events, corporate materials, and internal communication needs.
    • Collaborate with the creative team to enhance video content with graphics, animations, and motion elements.
    • Optimise visuals for different platforms to maximise engagement and brand impact.
  • Marketing Communications & Digital Design
    • Create visually compelling assets for marketing campaigns, website, social media, email marketing, and print materials.
    • Work closely with content writers to bring brand storytelling to life through visual design.
    • Design impactful presentation decks, infographics, and reports for internal and external communications.
  • Event Branding & Content Creation
    • Support event branding and signage by designing print and digital materials.
    • Attend key marketing and brand events to capture photos, videos, and behind-the-scenes moments for content creation.
    • Provide real-time social media content during events, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
    • Be available for domestic and international travel as required for brand activations and marketing events.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and People & Culture teams to ensure design consistency across all initiatives.
    • Liaise with external vendors, creative agencies, and media partners to maintain high production standards.
    • Provide branded templates and creative assets to support internal teams.
  • Campaign & Project Design Execution
    • Assist in the design and production of creative assets for campaigns, launches, and key brand initiatives.
    • Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining brand integrity and creativity.
    • Monitor design performance and audience engagement, making refinements based on insights.
  • Design Innovation & Trends
    • Stay updated on emerging trends in visual design, digital media, and creative technologies.
    • Experiment with new design techniques and digital storytelling methods.
    • Continuously evolve creative approaches to enhance brand perception and audience engagement.
  • Team Collaboration & Growth
    • Work closely with senior designers to refine creative skills and enhance design execution.
    • Provide input and feedback on creative projects, contributing to a high-standard creative culture.
    • Foster a collaborative and visually-driven team environment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
  • Knowledge of basic video editing, motion graphics, and animation is a plus.
  • Experience with photography and event branding is advantageous.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to attend events and travel when required for brand activations and content creation.
