Job Role
  • As an Executive- Experiential & Partnership you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns and events that provide unique, memorable experiences for customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, and events, to ensure successful implementation and delivery of experiential marketing initiatives. Your role will involve planning, coordinating, and measuring the effectiveness of these campaigns to enhance brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement experiential marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and partners to plan, execute, and manage experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Identify target audiences and analyze market trends to tailor experiences and activations accordingly.
  • Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, permits, production, staffing, and equipment for experiential marketing activations.
  • Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, sponsors, and other stakeholders to secure partnerships and resources.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop engaging and impactful experiential marketing assets, such as interactive displays, installations, and branded materials.
  • Oversee the production and installation of experiential marketing assets, ensuring high quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of experiential marketing campaigns, using data and feedback to optimize future initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential marketing to drive innovation and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate experiential marketing initiatives with other marketing channels, such as digital, social media, and PR.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for experiential marketing campaigns, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and management.

  • Strong understanding and knowledge of customer for travel, airlines and company’s product.
  • Good in communication skills – verbal, written and listening.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
