Intern – Consumer Travel (Travel Advisor) 

Role	The Intern – Consumer Travel (Travel Advisor) will be part of the Consumer Travel Team to curate a meaningful, personalized travel experience with excellent customer service to achieve business and performance targets. You will be reporting to the Manager – Consumer Travel.
Responsibilities	Understand and proactively respond professionally to customers’ needs, requirements, and travel purposes by recommending meaningful and personalized hotel, flight, travel itinerary, and additional travel insurance and ancillaries. Handle and follow up with customer complaints, promptly offering appropriate solutions/resolutions and alternatives. Collaborate with internal product, sales, and operations teams to provide quick and accurate customer service responses. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, complaints, and research for record purposes. Promote and register customers for the T’ROKA membership to ensure all customers are introduced and can enjoy T’ROKA membership exclusive privileges. Collaborate closely with other departments and participate in cross-functional projects. Participate in travel-related events, e.g., MATTA Fair and travel talks. Handle other duties at the discretion of the company.
Requirements	Degree in Business, Hospitality and Tourism, or any related fields. Strong communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
