Intern – Corporate Travel (Travel Counsellor)

Role	The Intern – Corporate Travel (Travel Counsellor) will be part of the Corporate Travel Team, performing travel management tasks to service corporate travelers and achieve corporate operation and customer service excellence to meet customer and business expectations. You will be reporting to the Manager – Corporate Travel.
Responsibilities	Carry out travel management duties to meet Service Level Agreement requirements. Respond quickly to emails and phone conversations. Provide clients with up-to-date travel information, arrange itineraries, make reservations, and issue tickets. Provide up-to-date visa information and submit applications. Ensure all inquiries are handled and delivered on time. Complete the Daily Interaction Queue. Prepare invoicing documents and sales folders for each interaction/request. Follow up on refund requests. Ensure all reservation and customer details are accurate. Respond, escalate, and follow up on client complaints. Participate in weekly performance reviews and learning sessions with the team. Participate in travel-related events, e.g., MATTA Fair and travel talks. Handle other duties at the discretion of the company.
Requirements	Degree in Business, Hospitality and Tourism, or any related fields. Strong communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
