INTERN – CREATIVE (GRAPHIC DESIGN)

Job Role & Purpose
  • We are looking for an Intern – Creative (Creative Design) to support the team in producing design materials for various platforms. This role is suitable for students who are eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and contribute creative ideas to ongoing projects.
Main Responsibilities
– Brand & Communications
  • Design Assistance:
    • Support in interpreting design briefs and preparing basic design concepts.
    • Assist in creating visuals for social media, presentations, brochures, and marketing materials.
    • Ensure designs follow brand guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to support ongoing projects.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas.
  • Multimedia Support:
    • Assist in simple editing of images, visuals, or short video content as needed.
  • Feedback & Revisions:
    • Apply feedback from supervisors to improve and refine design work.
  • Basic Project Coordination:
    • Manage assigned tasks and ensure they are completed within deadlines
  • Quality Check:
    • Check accuracy and consistency of all design outputs before submission.
  • Communication:
    • Communicate design ideas clearly to team members.
    • Collaborate effectively to maintain a cohesive visual identity.
  • Assist in Trade shows / Consumer shows when necessary, i.e., MAS Travel fair, MATTA etc.
  • To ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to.
  • Any other duties at the discretion of the company.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or related field.
  • Basic skills in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc.).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive attitude, team-player, and open to feedback.
