Intern – MICE

Role	The Intern – MICE supports the MICE department in managing customers’ travel needs and arrangements. You will be reporting to the Manager – MICE.
Responsibilities	Determine clients’ and customers’ needs and suggest suitable travel packages. Organize travel from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation, and transportation. Provide travelers with pertinent information and useful travel/ holiday material. Understand clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
Requirements	Diploma or degree in tourism/travel management/ hospitality. Strong communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.
