Intern – SUPPLY CHAIN DEVELOPMENT 

Role
  • The Intern – Supply Chain is responsible for administration and helping out with relevant activities related to the supply chain operations. Your responsibilities include supporting the Supply Chain teams with various projects and tasks. You will be reporting to the Senior Vice President – Supply Chain, Partnership and Operations.
Responsibilities
  • Support Supply Chain’s administration, documentation and public communication including:
    – Data entry / Inventory and Supplies Management
    – Coordinating appointment/ meeting/ taking minutes
    – Support business travel arrangement
    – Liaising with supplier/ vendor
    – Ideate and create engaging email content / portal contents.
  • Assist with artwork design for:
    – Promotional email / internal circular
    – Promotional video, virtual training video and
    – Promotional documents etc
  • Support other ad-hoc duties where required.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Event Management, General Management, Business Administration, Hospitality and Tourism or related fields.
  • Possess intermediate to advance skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Canvas.
  • Preferably candidates with tourism or marketing background.
  • Preference for candidates that can commit for 6 months to the programme.
