Manager – Luxury Travel

Role
  • The Manager – Luxury Travel is responsible for providing personalised travel experiences targeted to the company’s affluent customers. You will be part of the Luxe Concierge team creating delightful experiences across all touchpoints in the planning, travel, and post-travel process to ensure customers receive a combination of experiences and unmatched personal touches. You will report to the Vice President – Luxury Travel.
Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service in assisting customers with personalised travel plans and enhancing their experience
  • Develop travel ideas and implement effective plans to generate revenue growth for the company
  • Identify opportunities to grow and delight our customers through creating unique and money-can’t-buy experiences
  • Establish strategic partnerships and strong external relationships with key stakeholders who represent the company
Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent
  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in hospitality industry or luxury travel segment
  • Proven track record in setting great customer service standards
  • Wide network in the travel industry (airlines, hotels, tours, events)
  • Great at building relationships with travel partners, high-profile stakeholders and affluent travellers (individuals and in groups)
  • Operationally sound at executing customer experience travel programmes, quick at resolving any requests/issues on the go
  • Resourceful and a creative thinker when it comes to idea generation or problem solving
  • Agile in ways of working and project management, able to work through physical and digital solutions
  • Flexible leadership capabilities to lead a diverse team across functions and departments
  • Good attention to detail
