Role
  • As the Manager – Talent Management, you will be responsible for spearheading the learning, performance, and talent development initiatives within the organization. Your primary mission is to build talent management frameworks and enhance talent capabilities and career development programs to foster a high-performance team and leadership culture.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement diverse learning programs and a comprehensive strategy aligned with company vision and goals.
  • Collaborate with leaders to identify high-potential employees and design talent development programs to foster internal promotion and career growth.
  • Establish a robust performance management system aligning individual performance with objectives with evaluation processes, provide feedback, and coach managers on performance.
  • Collaborate on succession plans for key roles, ensuring a smooth talent pipeline.
  • Enhance learning through innovative methodologies and technology, and monitor initiative effectiveness, making data-driven improvements.
  • Design and deliver leadership programs, identifying and nurturing potential leaders.
  • Lead digitalization transformation, identifying areas for automation in learning and performance management. Collaborate with IT for software selection and implementation.
  • Establish, track and report KPIs for learning, talent development, and performance management.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and trends, continuously refining the framework for relevance and effectiveness.
  • Wear the hat of People & Culture Ambassador and support HR initiatives to create a meaningful employee experience, build talent capabilities, and foster a positive culture.
Requirements
  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • HR Professional certifications and Certified Trainer are a plus.
  • Proven experience and understanding in learning and development, talent management, and performance management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Experienced in
    -leading HR digitalization projects and driving transformation initiatives, building performance and learning modules / e-learnings,
    -facilitate performance management sessions,
    -building performance and learning modules / e-learnings, transformation process, open to change and to lead change, and
    -handling PIP and disciplinary matters
