Role
  • As the Marketing Automation Specialist, your main responsibility will be to optimise and manage the marketing automation tools and processes to enhance marketing campaigns’ efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a key role in developing, executing, and analyzing automation strategies to nurture leads, improve customer engagement, and drive revenue growth and deliver a great customer experience.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to streamline lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention processes.
  • Manage and maintain marketing automation platforms (e.g., Freshmarketer, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.) to ensure they function effectively.
  • Create and execute automated cross-channel communication campaigns, workflows, and drip campaigns to nurture leads and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and optimize landing pages and forms for lead capture.
  • Implement lead scoring models to identify and prioritize high-value leads for sales teams.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data- driven adjustments to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Build and segment audience lists based on user behaviours, demographics, and engagement metrics to personalize marketing communications.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN- SPAM) and maintain up-to-date subscriber lists.
  • Provide training and support to Marketing team members on using automation tools and best practices.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing automation technologies to recommend improvements and innovations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Freshmarketer, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems.
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation best practices, lead nurturing, and segmentation.
  • Knowledge of email marketing regulations and compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Certifications in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo Certified Expert, HubSpot Certified) is a plus.
