Intern – PEOPLE & CULTURE 

Role
  • The Intern – People & Culture will be part of the team involved in employee engagement initiatives to create a WOW and meaningful Employee Experience Journey to attract, hire and retain the right talents. You will be reporting to the Manager – People & Culture. 
Responsibilities
  • Execute People & Culture initiatives, including hiring, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, engagement and culture building, and employee engagement events and activities. 
  • Participate in travel-related events such as MATTA Fair and travel talks. 
  • Handle HR administrative tasks. 
Requirements
  • Degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related fields. 
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.  
  • Good organizational, administrative and problem-solving skills.
