Role
  • As the Travel Support Specialist – Branded, your main responsibility will be to assist Travel Advisors in making pricing comparisons for hotels, flights and experiences that match customers’ preferences, needs and budget, as well as assisting the Travel Advisors in curating meaningful and memorable travel experiences tailored to their requirements. This person will report to the Branded Team Lead under the Consumer Travel department.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate Closely with Travel Advisors to conduct pricing comparisons for flights, hotels, tours, and/or transportations based on the understanding of customer preferences.
  • Prompt response to Travel Advisors on the customer inquiries, feedback, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare quick, accurate, and comparable quotations based on the customer’s request, ensuring adherence to our system of most competitive pricing.
  • Ensure accuracy of reservation details and produce invoices for customers in a timely manner. Collaborate with the Finance team to handle billing documents and generate invoices accurately.
  • Perform daily travel management tasks to achieve Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines. Respond to customer calls and emails within the designated timeframe, ensuring excellent customer service and timely resolutions to inquiries and requests.
  • Stay updated on visa requirements for various destinations and provide and assist customers with the visa information and applications.
  • Proactively address customer complaints, escalating issues as necessary, and following up to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
  • Process refund requests promptly and accurately, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Any other duties at the discretion of the company.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in operations within the field in hospitality, customer service, client servicing or travel related industries.
  • Previous experience in a travel support or similar role is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in travel booking systems and relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge in travel operations in making hotel and flight bookings, experience working with travel agencies and management companies at local destinations.
  • Knowledge of various cruise, tour, airline, and other travel brands is preferred.
  • Knowledge of visa requirements and travel documentation is an added advantage.
