Job Role & Purpose
  • The Executive – MICE at Holiday Tours is responsible to ensure service to clients of Holiday Tours is
    adhering to Holiday Tours procedures, clients service level agreements and policy.
Job Responsibilities
  1. To support Sales to manage and prepare all aspects of travel operations including proposal,
    reservation, ticketing, travel coordination and customer support.
  2. Assist to organize and control project activities to ensure the project workflow on track and
    within budget.
  3. Assisting sales on flight booking for Group or FIT / reservation, hotel booking, preparation of
    costing and proposals and other ground arrangement for our corporate clients
  4. You are required to issue and monitor invoicing, collection of outstanding debts and prepare
    refund requisition for customer.
  5. Assist project members with the coordination of resources, equipment and information.
  6. Schedule tour guiding assignments.
  7. Liaise with vendors and monitor adherence to service level standards.
  8. Report on project progress.
  9. Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly
    filed and stored.
  10. Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
  11. Tour leading to overseas and local.
  12. To safeguard and not to disclose customer (personal and organisation) details and our
    company’s confidential information.
  13. Assist in Trade shows / Consumer shows when necessary i.e., MAS Travel fair, MATTA etc.
  14. To ensure that we have billed and chased for payment for outstanding invoices, no credit given
    to customer, friends or travel agents unless authorized (written) by Head of Department.
  15. To ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to.
  16. Any other duties at the discretion of the company.
Job Requirements
  •  Diploma/Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related
    field.
  • Possess an experience in customer service and sales roles, with a track record of meeting or
    exceeding targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Adherence to ethical standards and a commitment to upholding company values
